Ten years selling Inner West Sydney. Where I grew up.

I grew up on Illawarra Road. My parents bought their first house in Marrickville in 1994, before the cafés and the Saturday queues. I've watched this part of Sydney evolve from a quiet migrant Inner West to one of the most sought-after pockets in the city, and I've been selling it for the last decade.

Started at LJ Hooker as a junior in 2016. Moved to Belle Property Inner West in 2019 and became one of their top-three agents. Went solo in 2022 because I wanted to give every vendor the same level of attention I'd give my own family.

Do you charge for the appraisal?
Free, no obligation. I'll be honest about whether your home is worth listing now or whether you'd be better holding for six months. I'd rather lose the listing than start it on the wrong number.
What's your commission?
1.65% inc GST on sales. Fixed marketing budget agreed upfront, no surprises at settlement. We'll go through it line by line at the appraisal so there's nothing to negotiate later.
Auction or private treaty?
Depends on the property and the market. I'll tell you which I think suits, with the comparable sales to back the call. Most Inner West freestanding homes go to auction. Apartments and most terraces with strong comparable sales do better on private treaty.
Do you do off-market?
Yes. Especially for vendors testing the water or wanting privacy. I have buyers in my book waiting on specific streets and house types. Sometimes the quiet sale is the better sale.
